I would like to make an extra thanks to Mike who took the time out of his day to take me shopping for the fixtures that would go into the bathroom. This is not typical and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in this area. Robert remodeled the entire bathroom from floor to ceiling. He also repaired rotted wood in the shower and remodeled the shower. I was very happy with the result and would recommend Top Notch to anyone.”

“The Top Notch crew was very professional and friendly. Our whole experience was very positive as the crew knew what to do how to do it and explained what they were doing as they went along. If there were any decisions to be made , they would discuss it with us and the different possibilities were explained both pro and con. They left no stone unturned and the result were 2 bathrooms done to perfection. We had one small over site after they left but one phone call as usual was made and they corrected it. We had bo problems with time of completion, scheduling or promptness. The price was fair for the amount of time quality of work and craftsmanship performed. “

“Awesome overall work. Michael gave us a fair quote to have a bannister installed in our basement. The installers were prompt and left with not one speck of sawdust or dirt inside or out. The attention to detail has caused rave reviews from others who have seen the work. They gave us suggestions or in some cases helped us with areas in the house that we were ignorant about. They really know their business. They were prompt and always available to answer questions. We have already booked their services for other remodeling jobs we need done.”

“I called them because I found them on Angie’s List. The guy was very professional in terms of talking to you and describing various things. I liked the way he explained things. He carries a lap top computer with him so he can measure everything then show you layouts and pictures of what your remodeling will look like. That was good, but we didn’t agree on a price so that is why we moved forward with someone else. I got quotes from 4 different people so I would rate them as average. I would consider him in the future for an estimate.”

They are prompt and cleanup after themselves every night when they leave. They are real quiet in the house. They don’t leave early and they stay until the time they say they will. “The work is fabulous! Mike even “baby-sat” our very picky owner who wanted a “special” tile floor to replace the damaged laminate. It was going to cost more to install this fancy tile (in a pattern) than the origianl estimate allowed. Mike waived this extra instllation fee. We’ve called him back to fix some fire inspection problems, and they were completed immediately at a good price. (The fire inspector approved their work.) As the president of a small condo association, it’s nice to have Top Notch on our “list” to call for all our repairs.”

They were on time, cleaned up after themselves every day before they left, and were very courteous. They even came on Saturday, July 3rd, and worked several hours, I was very impressed. If I were grading them I would give them a grade of A+. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of doing any type of remodeling work.”

“They did a great job on my kitchen. They put up plastic to keep as much dust and debris in the kitchen and not all over the house. They removed all the old cabinets and fixtures and hauled everything away. Paul was the lead worker and he explained what he was doing as he went along and explained any problems or issues as they came up. The work was completed in the time frame they estimated and when we discovered a warped cabinet door they promptly ordered a new one. The only problem I have is with their follow through, they ordered the cabinet door, but I had to continually call them to see if the new cabinet door came in. I would use them again the work is done very professionally and I love my new kitchen.”

“Completely finished half of my basement. The price was just above my lowest quote and the scope of work was larger than the other contractors included in their bids. The workers were extremely diligent in their work and the quality is good. There were a few change items that were handled well, including being responsive to an issue that I thought was tied to their work but was actually not connected at all. They sent a worker to my house on a Sunday in order to help me, and then didn’t charge me a thing. This is customer service at its finest! I will be calling them to finish the rest of my basement when we choose to do so.”
